MIDS - Description of way

Philosophy

A strong employer

  • MIDS is an innovative provider of training solutions
  • A flat enterprise hierarchy and quick decision making constitute our organization
  • We possess long-time know-how
  • We invest into the future - as a company who takes on trainees
  • The company management of MIDS is the chairman of the Federal Association of German Consultants (BDC e.V.)

Employee Philosophy
The quality of our service for clients depends directly on the qualification of our employees and on their promptness.
Our employees have to meet high personal, social and specialist requirements, so that the company is able to compete in tertiary industry. The most important of those requirements of course is expertise, which itself requires other special knowledge: knowledge concerning the client's business, about information technology, about methods and procedures. That knowledge can be acquired through training.
To individually assist someone's performance we agree upon specific goals with our employees.

.

The objective is not just being able to actualize expenses or time, but equally making sure that clients, employees and MIDS are pleased. If we succeed in that, it is gain for all persons involved!

Successful on the team

  • Only the team can meet the complex demands.
  • The team marks the power of individual performance.
  • We work interdisciplinary on the team in order to design our service as customer-friendly as possible.
  • Team orientation together with persistent self-responsibility is the basis for successful group work.
  • Teamwork motivates, creates ideas, improves the quality of the working system via social interaction and through that benefits the employee's satisfaction.
  • The team gives feedback - praise, but naturally also constructive criticism.
  • The quality of our performance is the outcome of every employee's work.
  • Every employee takes part in realizing our quality goals.
  • Support among colleagues is an essential part of getting the job done.
  • Meeting our quality goals is an important management responsibility.
